Hello! My name is Norce, your writer for today! Often mistaken as a secondary student but actually a mom of 2 young children.  For more of my posts, please check out my blog or my Indonesian Facebook page!

When the kid(s) is cranky and acting up, I always have Peace & Calming to the rescue!
BUT, what if mommy is the one who’s not in a good mood because of one and many things?
*whip out Joy* TADAAAAA…!

Joy is the second “emotional oil” that I tried after Peace & Calming (from the premium starterkit).

I love the smell and initially I used it only as perfume. But later, I notice that when my head is steaming , applying Release on the liver & Joy over heart make a big, almost instant difference for me. I cool down and get over the anger fast fast fast, and becomes super patient, sweet-loving mommy, so cheerful I scared myself. I rub a bit on everyone’s heart before we have family outing, and bring it in my bag to re-apply as necessary.
Note : If you want this effect to last, apply often and regularly.

When I used Brain Power, I could feel the ticklish sensation on my crown of head. When I applied Joy, I could literally “feel” the blood going down from my head and the heart beat slowing down.

Joy is a blend of Ylang-ylang, Bergamot, Geranium, Rosewood, Jasmine, Lemon, Mandarin, Roman Chamomile, Rose & Palmarosa. It’s a great blend to support healthy heart function & also the liver. It is a good blend to use when you in need of emotional support & when you’re grieving.

If you like my articles and would like to purchase the Young Living oils, please drop me a message at or sign up here to purchase. 🙂 I would love to support you in using the oils for yourself and your loved ones.
